Kaduna State scored the highest on the World Bank’s Subnational Doing Business Indicators in Nigeria www.doingbusiness.org/subnational/exploreeconomies/nigeria.aspx. 

The state significantly shortened the time it takes to establish a business and co-located many of the services required to set up a business in the One-Stop Investment Center.  The World Bank is working closely with the government to continue to improve the business environment, working with the state on:

• Land reform
• Tax reform
